One of our relationship directors, Paul Webb-Jones, recently made a guest appearance on the Surrey Business Affairs show on Brooklands Radio.

Paul joined host Jackie Mitchell to talk about the Growthdeck model, including how we support UK SMEs, the thinking behind our new commercial property arm, some details on our informal events programme and the benefits of the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS).

Paul joined Growthdeck in 2019 with over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, having previously worked for investment houses such as Fidelity. He has lived in both the Middle East and Asia and has an extensive network of business contacts in these regions. Now working for our Business Development team, his role at Growthdeck involves developing close relationships with our investor base, where Paul prides himself on face-to-face contact and really getting to know individuals’ investment requirements and preferences.
