This is an independent investment opportunity presented by Enterprising Limpsfield Limited ("the Company"). The investment process is being facilitated by Growthdeck. Completion of EIS Fundraise for Enterprising Limpsfield Ltd.

We are now seeking to complete the final EIS equity raise for the outstanding capital totalling £128,698 that was postponed during Covid-19. This final equity raise is open for new individuals to invest, as well as allowing existing investors to 'top up' and take advantage of EIS tax relief.

This equity raise will allow us to significantly reduce our outstanding debt, in keeping with our target of remaining a predominantly equity business. It will also allow us to continue to deliver on our vision whilst keeping sufficient working capital during these unprecedented times.

Investment is available on a first come first served basis and will remain open until completion.
