How we can help

Professional support

Our team has many years of experience in helping growth businesses raise funds. We'll provide a full range of support from day one, with a dedicated investment manager on-hand.

Investor engagement

Growthdeck will help you present your business in a clear, professional way. We'll also help you to engage directly with investors through both online and offline events.

First-class administration

Our Client Services team will strive to ensure that you receive everything you need on a timely basis in order to administer your portfolio and claim any EIS/SEIS tax reliefs. We will act as your nominee, thereby reducing the need for you to spend time dealing with corporate actions and other administrative matters.

Industry experience

Growthdeck doesn't specialise in particular industries and has no aversion to any particular sectors. If your company fits our profile, then we'd be delighted to discuss the opportunities further.

Exit strategies

We'll work with you to determine the best strategy for exiting after a period of 3-5 years. This would usually take the form of a share buy-back, sale to another private equity investor or a trade sale.

Competitive fees

We charge a set percentage of the funds we raise for you. In addition, we charge an annual management fee to cover the costs of administering and reporting to our investors.
